sym_read_mps 

int sym_read_mps(sym_environment *env, char *infile)

Description:
This routine is used to load an instance from an MPS file.
Arguments:

sym_environment *env IN Pointer to the SYMPHONY environment.
char *infile IN Pointer to a character array indicating the name of the file.

Return values:
FUNCTION_TERMINATED_ABNORMALLY Function invoked unsuccessfully.
FUNCTION_TERMINATED_NORMALLY Function invoked successfully.
